Pump Control System

This project aimed to upgrade the pump control system within the farm by modernizing the operating mechanism and improving overall efficiency, ensuring greater reliability, optimized performance, and reduced energy consumption.

Project Overview

The farm was previously operating using a conventional (classic) pump control system, which limited flexibility in speed regulation and operational efficiency.
The project involved the installation and commissioning of multiple Midcon inverters with various power capacities, carefully selected to match the operational requirements of each pump category.
The upgrade enhanced speed control accuracy, reduced electrical load stress, and improved overall system stability, resulting in more efficient and sustainable operation across the facility.

Installed Systems & Configuration

  • Installation of 2 Midcon inverters (30kW) for the main water lifting pumps.
  • Installation of 5 Midcon inverters (11kW) for suction pumps.
  • Installation of 2 Midcon inverters (5.5kW) for circulation pumps.
All inverters were fully integrated with the existing system, configured, and commissioned to ensure optimal operational performance.

Project Outcome

  • Improved pump operational efficiency.
  • Enhanced flow and pressure control accuracy.
  • Reduced energy consumption and electrical stress.
  • Increased system reliability and operational stability.
