Concrete Machine Control System

The objective of this project was to modify and upgrade the concrete machine control system in order to improve operational efficiency and ensure stable performance in accordance with the client’s operational requirements.

Project Overview

The concrete machine was experiencing operational issues due to a fault in the existing inverter, which affected performance efficiency and machine stability during operation.
The project required replacing the faulty inverter while maintaining the existing machine control circuit.

Installed and Commissioned Modifications

Modification of the Concrete Machine Control System Using a Midcon Inverter:
The existing inverter was replaced due to malfunction.
A new Midcon inverter was installed and integrated with the machine’s existing control circuit.
Programming was carried out according to the client’s operational requirements.
Testing and commissioning were successfully completed to ensure efficient and stable machine performance.
