Plastic Roll Machine

The objective of this project was to upgrade the control system of the plastic roll machine to improve operational efficiency and ensure stable and reliable performance.

Project Overview

The plastic roll machine was facing operational issues due to a burned Vichi inverter, which affected machine stability and production continuity.
The project required replacing the damaged inverter while maintaining the existing control circuit of the machine.

Installed and Commissioned Modifications

Upgrade of the Plastic Roll Machine Control System Using a Midcon Inverter:
The burned Vichi inverter was removed and replaced with a new Midcon inverter.
The inverter was installed and integrated with the client’s existing control circuit.
Testing and commissioning were successfully completed to ensure efficient and stable operation.
