Chiller Cooling System

The objective of this project was to perform maintenance and operational upgrades for the chiller cooling system to restore functionality, improve flow control, and ensure stable and efficient cooling performance.

Project Overview

The facility was facing operational issues with a Sunvi chiller cooling system, where the compressor was not operating, causing disruption to the cooling process. In addition, the existing operating method required modification to achieve better flow control and system efficiency. The project involved troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading the chiller control method using an inverter-based solution.

Maintenance and Commissioned Works

Maintenance of Sunvi Chiller Control System
The chiller compressor was not operating due to a system fault.
The issue was identified and resolved by our engineering team.
The chiller unit was successfully tested and commissioned, restoring normal operation.
Modification of Sunvi Chiller Operating System Using LS Inverter:
The chiller control system was modified to improve flow regulation.
An LS Korean inverter was installed and integrated into the existing chiller control system.
The inverter was configured to achieve accurate flow control and stable operation.
Final testing and commissioning were completed successfully.
